Mujaddarah, silent auction, poetry reading, braided garlic from Diggers Farm, and a beautiful display of solidarity with the children of Gaza produced by children in grades 6&7 at Hastings Elementary School.
So far in our previous fundraisers which were held on Sunday October 29, Sunday November 5 and Sunday December 3rd. In total we raised over $54k, and now our goal is to reach $100k.

Where are the donations going to?
The amount of destruction in Gaza is unprecedented in modern history, the road to recovery is long and not yet clear. The only clear thing is that Gazans are not going anywhere, they are not leaving their lands, and sooner or later a day will come when aid and rebuilding has to to be restarted. We will wait until we hear from people in Gaza as to which national or international organizations are delivering aid on the ground, and we will send the donations to that or those, organizations.
